In Flag-waving, close-up shots of Panamanian flags waving beyond the point of abstraction are intercut with shots of the artist, who is buffeted and eventually blown away by patriotic winds. A brief, ironic comment on the waves of hyper-nationalistic festivities that leave Panama draped in blue, white and red every November.
